Griffith family

Joseph Griffith was born about 1775, probably in Pittsylvania Co. VA, where he married Sarah Prosize in 1795. The LDS Ancestral file lists five children for them. Here I follow only their son Willis Griffith, who married Agness Jones in Pittsylvania Co. in 1823, and died there in 1848. Agness, who died in 1856, is said to be the daughter of Buckner Jones and Nellie Wilson.
